Forklift is proud to present the “Kings of Seafood” chef series featuring the legendary Mississippi Chef David Crews.
Chef Crew’s impressive career spans over a decade of southern cooking, instruction, television appearances, and many other accolades. Forklift restaurant is humbled to host such an accomplished practitioner; we are excited to see which courses he chooses to present.

Wonderbird Crew
At the bar, we will be featuring the award-winning Wonderbird Spirits. If you’re unfamiliar with this Mississippi-made gin, you’re in for a treat. Hailing from Taylor, Mississippi, Wonderbird gin is a true grain-to-glass, field-to-bottle product proudly hand-distilled just a few miles to the west. We love everything about this gin, from the simple yet beautiful bottle design to the clean and distinct finish. We can’t wait to see which cocktails they will come to feature.
